Administration der IT-Infrastruktur 2nd Level Support für interne Mitarbeitende Analyse und Behebung der eingehenden Störungen Erstellung von Konzepten sowie die Anpassung von bestehenden Systemen an fachliche Anforderungen Installation von Hard- und Software Technische Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als im Bereich Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Berufserfahrung in der Microsoft Umgebung und Kenntnisse der gängigen Hard- und Softwarelösungen Fundiertes Wissen im Bereich MS-Office 365 und SharePoint Teamfähigkeit und eine gute Auffassungsgabe Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
