  • Annahme, Weiterleitung und Ãœberwachung von Incidents inkl. Dokumentation der durchgeführten Tätigkeiten
  • Auslieferung betriebsfertiger Installationen (Laptop, Smartphone, Tablet, Desktop) inkl. Datenübernahme
  • Reparaturen / Anschluss / Rücknahme und Austausch der ITGeräteausstattung
  • Umzug von PC Arbeitsplätzen und Clientinstallationen
  • Bearbeiten von Service Request
  • Troubleshooting Windows 10 und MS Office

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT Kundenbetreuer, IT System Elektroniker, IT System Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung
  • gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
