HRIS Business Senior Advisor

“Develop process improvements and upgrades of the Human Resources (HR) technology systems and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including, planning, system design, technical design, configuration and implementation of complex HR technology systems. Serves as the senior level business area subject matter expert for multiple HR technology systems and HRIS.”, * Provide HRIS support and maintenance for UKG eTime / UKG Pro WFM across LATAM.

• Quickly learn and understand the UKG eTime configuration currently deployed in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, Argentina, and Uruguay (Phase 1 countries).
• Partner with LATAM stakeholders to identify pain points and opportunities for system improvements.
• Support ongoing deployments and enhancements across the remaining LATAM countries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulatory requirements and changes.
• Maintain and update system configurations to support business and policy changes.
• Develop a strong understanding of FedEx business processes and HR operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR technology systems, application support, or business systems analysis.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) and Spanish proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), including configuration, support, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Experience supporting multi-country HRIS implementations and deployments., * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience leading and implementing complex projects.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and release management.
• Experience developing test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts using QA best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify data integrity issues.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and serve as a subject matter resource for team members.
• Strong computer skills and experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and system integrations.
