Job description
The Manager of HR Data and Systems position will drive the strategy and execution of the āhire to retireā technology ecosystem, enhancing the overall employee experience. This manager will report directly to the VP of HR Systems and Analytics and will immediately manage a US-based team, with initial responsibilities centered on the ServiceNow platform. This role will evolve to be more narrowly focused on the hire-to-retire lifecycle, including matrixed HR areas such as Talent Acquisition (TA), Compensation, and Benefits, etc., * Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management, staff productivity and develop and manage department budget.
- Sets strategies for and coordinates the conceptualization, planning, design, quality assurance, implementation and support of cross-divisional technology solutions.
- Collaborates with internal customers to provide services, such as: business expertise, requirements and application design, quality assurance, implementation support, application support, lifecycle management, decision support and software solutions, hosting, and planning.
- Creates the standards and practices for services provided and ensures standards and practices are followed by the department and internal customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product delivery model, including product roadmap management and driving strategic and technology roadmaps.
- Strong background in strategic alignment with business partners to achieve shared goals.
- Deep experience with HR technology stacks (HRIS); Subject Matter Expertise in ServiceNow is a plus.
- A blend of both HR systems and HR practitioner experience.
- A strong focus on enhancing the employee experience, particularly the digital employee experience and user experience.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment., Bachelorās Degree in Human Resources Information Systems, Computer Data Processing, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, statistics, math or other related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) yearsā experience in HRIS, IT or other Information Systems (IS) experience including experience leading large projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaborative, planning and organization, collaborative, project management and communication skills.
Working knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies, coding languages, and human resources data.
