Your Role

As a Senior Manager SAP GTS, you will lead strategic client engagements, oversee complex transformation programmes, and drive the growth of SAP GTS capabilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Own and lead large-scale SAP GTS implementation, transformation, and optimisation programmes for international clients.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, helping organisations define their future global trade strategy.
• Shape SAP GTS solution roadmaps across:
• SAP GTS Edition for SAP S/4HANA.
• Customs Management.
• Export Control and sanctions compliance.
• Import/export processes.
• Preference management.
• Drive innovation through the adoption of:
• SAP Business AI for intelligent compliance, risk management, and decision support.
• SAP BTP for scalable extensions, integrations, and intelligent applications.
• AI-driven automation for trade documentation, classification, and regulatory processes.
• Advanced analytics to improve compliance visibility and operational performance.
• Lead executive workshops, transformation assessments, and strategic roadmap engagements.
• Manage project portfolios, delivery quality, budgets, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with global clients and identify opportunities for long-term collaboration.
• Support business growth through:
• Proposal development.
• Pre-sales activities.
• Account strategy.
• Market development.
• Mentor and develop SAP GTS consultants, managers, and future leaders.
• Contribute to the continued expansion and market positioning of the SAP GTS practice.

• Extensive experience in SAP GTS consulting, with a proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes.
• Strong leadership experience managing SAP teams, large-scale projects, or client accounts.
• Deep expertise across SAP GTS processes, including:
• Customs Management.
• Export control and legal compliance.
• Sanctions screening.
• Import/export regulations.
• Preference determination.
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Experience with SAP GTS Edition for SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting proposals, sales cycles, and client acquisition.

• Competitive compensation package of €120,000-€165,000, depending on experience and expertise.
