Management and Program Analyst (Data Analytics)

This position is located in the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Management Services Division.

The purpose of this position is to support data collection efforts to include; data clean-up and organization as well as maintaining databases and systems., * Analyzes and evaluates operations and process for efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity on a quantitative or qualitative basis for program operations or human capital planning.

• Develops intermediate dashboards and tools using business intelligence applications such as tableau and Power BI.
• Research new program operations and techniques to promote economy and incorporate in long-term financial planning.
• Assesses the impact of organizational realignments, pay structures, policies, and executive orders on resource planning

For the GS-11 grade level: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in federal service or comparable experience not gained through federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:

• Planning and coordinating projects;
• Applying a wide range of standard practices and procedures of project management activities in accordance with information technology policy and statutes, local policies, and guidance from various departmental programs

OR

Education at the GS-11 grade level: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Any Field of Study.
