Job description
The Cloud Partner Technical Lead (PTL) for GCP plays a critical role in managing, expanding, and proactively driving NetApp’s technical partnerships within the Google Cloud ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and scaling partner relationships, accelerating joint solution adoption, and enabling partners to successfully integrate and deliver NetApp cloud solutions., Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with GCP partners, including architects and technical leaders.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners.
- Proactively engage partners through regular outreach to identify opportunities and drive initiatives.
- Advocate for partner needs internally and ensure alignment across teams.
Technical Integration & Enablement
- Collaborate with partners to integrate NetApp cloud solutions.
- Provide technical guidance for solution design and deployment.
- Support partner-led migration and modernization initiatives.
- Enable partner architects with tools, documentation, and resources.
Strategic Planning & Initiative Ownership
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities.
- Contribute to technical business plans and partner strategies.
- Drive initiatives from concept through execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities.
- Training and Partner Enablement
- Develop and deliver partner training programs.
- Drive adoption by scheduling and leading sessions.
- Track engagement and improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams.
Industry Event Leadership & Execution
- Participate in planning and execution of events such as Google Next and NetApp Insight.
- Drive technical discussions during partner interactions.
- Own follow-up and next steps post-event.
Requirements
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, proactive engagement, and a high degree of ownership. This role requires the ability to independently drive initiatives, influence partner outcomes, and represent NetApp effectively with both Google Cloud and partner stakeholders., * Desire Bachelor’s degree plus 12 + years of related field experience
- Certifications - GCP, AWS, or Azure

Benefits & conditions
The target salary range for this position is 223,550 - 289,300 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on ‘On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
