Senior Lead Full Stack DotNet Application Dev.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications to automate complex financial and budget execution workflows.
• Deliver production-ready software features end-to-end spanning system analysis, building, unit testing, and deployment.
• Partner with technical leads to establish solution architectures, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.
• Provide hands-on production support, incident triage, and root-cause analysis for deployed enterprise business applications.
• Construct secure RESTful APIs and database integrations connecting custom software with statewide accounting systems.
• Implement intuitive user interfaces adhering strictly to modern web design standards and WCAG accessibility guidelines.
• Author comprehensive technical documentation, deployment runbooks, and operational handoff materials for internal teams.

• 15 or more years of experience as a lead full-stack developer building enterprise solutions with the Microsoft .NET framework [1].
• Proficiency in building modern, responsive, and accessible user interfaces utilizing React or comparable JavaScript frameworks [1].
• Experience with relational database design, query optimization, and ORM tools across SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
• Experience in developing and deploying scalable cloud-based applications within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Experience with implementing secure RESTful APIs, web services, and XML/JSON data exchange structures.
• Experience with upgrading, refactoring, and remediating legacy accounting systems, mainframe platforms, and financial ERP integrations.
• Excellent communication skills to lead business discovery sessions, mentor developers, and present technical architectures to business stakeholders [1].
