Job description

  • Lead implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, content models, dispatcher configurations, and integrations.
  • Drive modernization initiatives, including legacy application assessment, code remediation, and cloud readiness activities.
  • Provide technical oversight for releases, deployments, production support, and platform upgrades.
  • Lead migration of AEM platforms from on-premise environments to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or other cloud-hosted environments.
  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams.
  • Lead requirement analysis, technical discussions, solution workshops, and planning sessions.
  • Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead to drive enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) programs with a strong focus on cloud migration onsite stakeholder management delivery leadership and offshore team governance. The ideal candidate will possess deep AEM product knowledge hands-on technical expertise and proven experience leading distributed teams across geographies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product owners architects. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future Role: AEM Tech Lead Location: Preferred in Fortmill, SC as a hybrid role however remote candidates will be considered. Candidate must be in the U.S Experience: 12+ Years, 10+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager. Proven experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and product owners. Technical Skills AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM, Dispatcher. AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Java, Sling, OSGi, JCR. REST APIs and integration frameworks. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure preferred). Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube.
