AEM Technical Architect

• Lead implementation of AEM components, templates, workflows, content models, dispatcher configurations, and integrations.
• Drive modernization initiatives, including legacy application assessment, code remediation, and cloud readiness activities.
• Provide technical oversight for releases, deployments, production support, and platform upgrades.
• Lead migration of AEM platforms from on-premise environments to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or other cloud-hosted environments.
• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, product owners, and leadership teams.
• Lead requirement analysis, technical discussions, solution workshops, and planning sessions.
• Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced AEM Lead to drive enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) programs with a strong focus on cloud migration onsite stakeholder management delivery leadership and offshore team governance. The ideal candidate will possess deep AEM product knowledge hands-on technical expertise and proven experience leading distributed teams across geographies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders product owners architects. REST APIs and integration frameworks. CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure preferred). Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube.
