• Coordinate technology changes and deployments related to enterprise voice systems, specifically Cisco Telecom technologies.
• Manage change tickets through enterprise change management processes, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Schedule and oversee implementation activities, tracking milestones and deliverables to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with telecom and network engineers to facilitate smooth deployment and change management.
• Maintain comprehensive records, identify potential risks, escalate issues promptly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of Telecom deliverables, including Cisco voice technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and adapt to changing project needs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
