Job description

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people oriented. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to keep projects on track and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. A self-starter mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Primary Job Responsibilities:(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work for this position and are not all inclusive)

  • Oversee project development from conception to completion
  • Interfacing with carriers/vendors
  • Scheduling of third parties/vendors
  • Customer communication and updates
  • Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs
  • Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs
  • Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework
  • Document services and installations by keeping accurate records
  • Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation
  • Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
  • Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
  • Provide backup support to our help desk
  • Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong customer service and communication skills- both oral and written

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
  • Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
  • Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely
  • Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may constantly change
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Work well in a team environment

Education:High school diploma or equivalent
