The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people oriented. In this role, you’ll work closely with our sales team, providers, and clients to keep projects on track and ensure a smooth, positive experience from start to finish. A self-starter mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Primary Job Responsibilities:(The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work for this position and are not all inclusive)
- Oversee project development from conception to completion
- Interfacing with carriers/vendors
- Scheduling of third parties/vendors
- Customer communication and updates
- Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installs
- Educate and elevate: Help our customers understand the technology available to them and how to best leverage it for their needs
- Manage complex tasks that require independent problem solving within a provided framework
- Document services and installations by keeping accurate records
- Travel to client sites to meet third party vendors and ensure a smooth installation
- Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
- Conduct troubleshooting of technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
- Provide backup support to our help desk
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Strong customer service and communication skills- both oral and written
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows and Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
- Ability to multitask at a high level while managing your time wisely
- Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast-paced work environment where priorities may constantly change
- Enthusiasm and desire to learn
- Work well in a team environment
Education:High school diploma or equivalent
