Enterprise AI Enablement & Platform Administrator

• Administer the enterprise generative AI workspace, managing license allocations, access permissions, and security settings.
• Resolve complex technical platform escalations, prompt behaviors, model selection queries, and integration issues.
• Coach enterprise users on advanced prompt engineering techniques, custom GPT development, and AI tools.
• Translate complex business operational challenges into automated generative AI workflows and solution strategies.
• Conduct enterprise-wide AI training workshops, office hours, and user enablement sessions.
• Monitor platform usage metrics and analytics to optimize user adoption and governance compliance.
• Author technical playbooks, tutorials, knowledge base articles, and operational troubleshooting guides.

• 5 or more years of experience in technical support, AI enablement, SaaS administration, or solution consulting.
• Proficiency in ChatGPT Enterprise workspace administration, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Claude.
• Experience with prompt engineering, custom GPT creation, Deep Research, and Workspace Agents.
• Experience in enterprise AI governance, responsible AI framework compliance, and usage analytics.
• Experience with technical workflow design, business process automation, and API or integration platforms.
• Experience in delivering technical user enablement workshops, office hours, and knowledge base documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
