Scope of work:

Candidates must have mostly Security oriented experience

• Oversee Access and CCTV based projects from start to finish
• Establish communication with customers throughout life cycle of project
• Work with internal staff and sales team for site walks
• Review and interpret construction plans
• Oversee installation of security equipment
• Will work mainly from the office but will visit sites
• Meet deadlines, order materials as needed efficiently
• Walk sites to ensure work is done correctly when installers are finished
• Coordinate/communicate with outside vendors
• Need to be solid with computer systems and excel/word
• Leading and working with a group of less experienced technicians

• Bachelors degree, preferred or HS diploma, GED
• 5+ years of experience as a PM or leadership role
• Expert in Access Control and CCTV systems
• PMP or or CPM certs are preferred
• Strong communication skills are a must
• Strong experience in managing budgets, inventory of materials
