Job description
Our client is a proven leader in the communications industry, offering a professional level of cabling expertise to their partners. Having been around for over twenty years, our client provides the resources necessary for their team members to excel and reach their career goals in the communications industry.
Scope of work:
Candidates must have mostly Security oriented experience
- Oversee Access and CCTV based projects from start to finish
- Establish communication with customers throughout life cycle of project
- Work with internal staff and sales team for site walks
- Review and interpret construction plans
- Oversee installation of security equipment
- Will work mainly from the office but will visit sites
- Meet deadlines, order materials as needed efficiently
- Walk sites to ensure work is done correctly when installers are finished
- Coordinate/communicate with outside vendors
- Need to be solid with computer systems and excel/word
- Leading and working with a group of less experienced technicians
Requirements
- Bachelors degree, preferred or HS diploma, GED
- 5+ years of experience as a PM or leadership role
- Expert in Access Control and CCTV systems
- PMP or or CPM certs are preferred
- Strong communication skills are a must
- Strong experience in managing budgets, inventory of materials
