Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Salesforce Administrator to serve as an internal expert on our Salesforce platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in streamlining business processes, ensuring system stability, and driving user adoption through training and ongoing support., * Manage Salesforce administrative functions including user access, roles, and permissions

  • Analyze business workflows and recommend scalable solutions to improve efficiency
  • Support and maintain Salesforce-integrated applications
  • Provide high-quality end-user support by managing and resolving support tickets in a timely manner
  • Conduct user training sessions to drive adoption and effective platform use
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs and process guides
  • Perform data quality management and data cleansing activities
  • Own user lifecycle management (onboarding, updates, offboarding)
  • Lead projects assigned by the Enterprise Applications Manager
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop QA test plans and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Deploy solutions and ensure successful rollout, including user readiness and post-launch support
  • Troubleshoot issues both virtually (e.g., Zoom) and in person
  • Perform mass data updates using Data Loader
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations
  • Support automation using Salesforce Flow
  • Utilize and understand Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL queries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of Salesforce experience or equivalent
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required
  • Advanced Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
