Job description

Turn complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that improve operations and business performance. Our client is seeking a hands-on Sr Business Intelligence Analyst with strong SQL and automation expertise to help modernize reporting, streamline processes, and solve critical business challenges in a fast-paced healthcare environment., * Develop and maintain SQL scripts, SSIS packages, and automated reporting solutions.

  • Design dashboards and reports that improve operational visibility and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and increase reporting efficiency.
  • Support healthcare analytics initiatives across multiple business areas.
  • Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot reporting and data issues.
  • Ensure data accuracy while meeting critical reporting deadlines.
  • Support regulatory and operational reporting requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL scripting, SSIS, reporting, and process automation.
  • Experience building scalable reporting and business intelligence solutions.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex data and reporting issues independently.
  • Healthcare analytics experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with EDI integrations is a major plus.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
