Software Troubleshooting Microsoft Onedrive Information Technology

Job description

Administer Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, service health, and platform changes.
Manage Entra ID identity lifecycle, RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, and hybrid identity.
Support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Manage mail flow, transport rules, mailbox permissions, and shared mailboxes.
Configure Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, and sensitivity labels.
Support eDiscovery, legal hold, audit logging, incident response, and remediation.
Monitor license usage, service health, security posture, and compliance reporting.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, We are seeking experienced O365 / Microsoft 365 IT Specialists to support Microsoft 365 tenant administration, Entra ID identity management, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, security, compliance, eDiscovery, and licensing operations., * 10 years of Microsoft 365 / O365 administration experience.

Strong experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Purview, and Defender.
Knowledge of federal IT security, Zero Trust, audit, and change management requirements.
Strong troubleshooting, documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
