Requirements

6+ years of strong experience in Java and Spring Boot, with expertise in building and managing scalable microservices-based applications.

6+ months of hands-on experience** in AI-assisted code reengineering using Claude Code (or similar tools) to support modernization initiatives.
Proven experience in leading delivery, including sprint planning, backlog management, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to code quality and security standards using tools like SonarQube and Veracode.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive agile practices and manage cross-functional teams.
