As an Advisory Information Security Analyst, you will serve as a trusted cybersecurity expert, partnering with technology teams across the organization to strengthen security, reduce risk, and support a resilient IT environment. You’ll proactively assess infrastructure, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend strategic improvements that protect critical systems and data. Leveraging your experience in security operations, threat analysis, and risk mitigation, you’ll lead complex security initiatives, investigate incidents, and help shape security best practices across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a collaborative problem-solver who thrives on tackling challenges, driving continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact on the security of a healthcare organization. What You Bring You are a proactive cybersecurity professional with a passion for protecting complex technology environments and staying ahead of emerging threats. You’re comfortable navigating complex infrastructure, communicating recommendations to diverse stakeholders, and leading security initiatives that strengthen organizational resilience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of proven cybersecurity experience as a Security Analyst, Security Engineer, or similar information security role.
- Demonstrated experience assessing and improving the security posture of enterprise infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, recommend effective solutions, and execute with minimal direction.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
- One or more industry-recognized security certifications, including:
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional)
- GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification)
- GPEN (GIAC Certified Penetration Tester)
- Security+
- SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
- ECSA (EC-Council Certified Security Analyst)
- Experience supporting cybersecurity operations within large, complex, or highly regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with security assessments, penetration testing, threat hunting, or security architecture reviews.
- Experience mentoring team members and contributing to enterprise-wide security strategy and best practices.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
