Hybrid in Columbia, MD or Lisle, IL or Minneapolis, MN We’re seeking a Technical Product Owner with deep Salesforce Experience Cloud expertise to lead high-impact initiatives across lead management, enrollment journeys, and customer scheduling experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, owns outcomes end-to-end, and enjoys being the trusted product voice across business and engineering teams. You’ll work hands-on within Salesforce, partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and guide delivery teams through high-volume, customer-facing use cases. If you love solving problems, shaping product direction, and driving clarity in fast-moving environments, this role will feel like home. What You’ll Own
- Prioritize and manage the Salesforce product backlog with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery expectations
- Lead conversations with business partners on priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions
- Work directly inside Salesforce to understand user flows, Experience Cloud journeys, and platform behavior
- Guide teams through complex lead, enrollment, and scheduling workflows
- Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across distributed, remote teams
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Scheduler
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Strong hands-on background with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, and Apex fundamentals
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing a structured product backlog
- Familiarity with data integrations, APIs, and third-party tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Ability to create and modify Salesforce objects, record types, page layouts, and field types
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, etc.)
- Experience with sales process automation, lead management, opportunity workflows, and reporting
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and application development best practices
