This role requires hands-on Salesforce knowledge, strong backlog ownership, and the ability to work closely with business and engineering teams in an Agile environment., * Salesforce Experience Cloud (must-have)

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Lightning components and basic Apex understanding
Product Owner / Product Management experience (Agile, backlog, user stories)
Hands-on Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, record types)
Experience with integrations (APIs, third-party tools like DocuSign)
Lead management, enrollment workflows, scheduling (Lightning Scheduler is a plus)
Tools: JIRA, Confluence or similar
Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering, * 3+ years as a Product Owner in Salesforce ecosystem
Strong hands-on Experience Cloud expertise (key differentiator)
Experience working in Agile teams with end-to-end ownership
Comfortable working within Salesforce platform (not just functional PO)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
