Job description
Transform customer support into a seamless experience! As a Technical Application Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for real-time support, troubleshooting, and customer engagement. You will help ensure a smooth user experience and participate in software testing and validation.
What you will be doing:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to diagnose and resolve issues.
- Proactively follow up with customers to resolve open items.
- Stay up to date on new features and communicate updates to customers.
- Test and troubleshoot new features to ensure release readiness.
- Research client usage and follow up to ensure optimal software utilization.
- Learn and follow all procedures related to technical support.
Requirements
- 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in supporting technology.
- Industry knowledge/experience.
- Customer experience skills.
- Knowledge of specific system application fundamentals and business processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in a support environment with high call volumes desired.

- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, ERP applications or analytical tools.
- Knowledge of financial, manufacturing, retail or distribution business processes.
- SaaS or e-Commerce experience.
- An engaging personality and an affinity for taking pride in customer satisfaction.
