Architecture & Algorithms / Agentic AI ML Engineer (Level 2 - 3)

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a related technical field.
• Experience with machine learning concepts and algorithms
• Strong Python and other programming skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

• Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Desired Skills:

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Description:Lockheed Martin Space will be hosting an invitation-only hiring event in very early September in Sunnyvale, CA. This requisition is to capture Level 2 through Level 3 Architecture & Algorithms / Agentic AI Machine Learning Engineer candidates to invite to the hiring event. We will be reviewing all Architecture & Algorithms / Agentic AI Machine Learning Engineer applicant resumes, contacting those that meet all of the Basic Qualifications and Desired Skills and may be a fit for one of our open roles, and interviewing candidates for the appropriate level opportunities. We will be interviewing candidates at Level 2 through Level 3 for roles at the Space AI Talent Center. Candidates will be joining a cross-functional team of experts in research, data science, software development, physics, and mathematics. As a key member of this team, you will leverage cutting-edge AI/ML tools and techniques to tackle the most complex challenges in Space - all in support of our national security.
