Job description

Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components
Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Develop and integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and best practices across the Salesforce platform
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and system enhancements
Work in an Agile/Scrum environment

Requirements

3-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Future methods)
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
SOQL/SOSL queries
Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
Familiarity with Git/version control and CI/CD tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, * Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
Experience with Salesforce DX and DevOps tools
Exposure to MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Experience in Agile development methodologies, * Fully remote role with strong communication and collaboration expectations
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a distributed team environment, * Experience with Experience Cloud (Communities)
Knowledge of Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM
Prior experience in contract-to-hire roles
