Artificial Intelligence Interaction Design TypeScript ReactJS Front End Software Development

Requirements

  • Comfortable working directly from ambiguous problem spaces
  • Ability to go from wireframes * polished UI independently
  • Strong UI/UX skills: interaction design, information architecture, visual design, user empathy
  • Strong communication-especially explaining why something should work a certain way
  • Solid frontend engineering skills (React + TypeScript or similar)
  • You’re either a designer who codes at a high level, or an engineer with exceptional product taste
  • Experience (or strong interest) in B2B / complex workflows / AI-native products
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems / component libraries
  • You don’t wait for specs, you figure things out and iterate

About the company

  • At Icertis, we’re on a mission to transform how enterprises do business. We do this by turning contracts from archive documents into the business code that runs enterprise systems. With the recent acquisition of Dioptra, we are doubling down on that vision and bringing the best of breed technology and people to fulfil this mission:
  • You’ll work directly with Dioptra’s founders in a hyper focused team
  • You’ll work on the best of breed AI agent technology
  • You’ll build with some of the largest companies in the world (Microsoft, J&J, Mecedes-Benz and many more)
  • You’ll have significant ownership, influence, and the chance to shape the product
  • The enterprise legal tech market is at a juncture. The market opportunity is huge. It is up for the taking for those bold enough to go after it
  • Report directly with Dioptra’s founders as part of a small, highly focused product and engineering group
  • You’ll operate like a founder: high trust, high autonomy, high responsibility
  • Own product experience end-to-end: customer understanding * wireframes * high-fidelity design * production-quality UI
  • Join customer calls regularly to develop deep empathy for users and workflows
  • Translate complex, messy problems into clear, intuitive interfaces
  • Establish and evolve a design system and component library from scratch
  • Prototype ideas quickly in code to test interactions, not just in Figma
  • Sweat the details: loading states, edge cases, error handling, micro-interactions
  • Drive fast iteration loops
  • Partner directly with founders on product direction and prioritization
  • Define the bar for design quality and user experience as the product scales
