Software Developer Lead - Openshift & Hogan

• Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
• Facilitates complex problem resolution.
• Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
• Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.

In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers that support critical applications in the retail banking area. We are seeking a technical lead engineer with strong leadership, project management , initiative and follow up skills.

A combination of experience with OpenShift, Hogan, Dynatrace, Linux is required. Experience with Windows Server, Oracle, SQL, Mongo DB is a plus. Experience working with a site reliability engineering group is desired., Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
