Job description

The IT Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, securing, and maintaining the organization’s information technology infrastructure. This position oversees all aspects of computer systems, servers, networks, cybersecurity, telecommunications, software applications, and technical support while ensuring technology aligns with organizational goals. The IT Manager developslong-term technology strategies, manages IT vendors and budgets, and provides leadership for technology initiatives.

Work Schedule

  • Requires morning, afternoon and evenings. Monday through Friday, some weekends
  • Request to be scheduled off for a specific day requires advance notification and approval
  • Primarily office environment with occasional travel to remote
  • Occasional evening and weekend work for maintenance or
  • On-call availability for critical system, * Manage daily operation of all IT systems and
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of all technology
  • Plan and oversee technology upgrades and infrastructure
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, network diagrams, and

  • Maintain wired and wireless network
  • Manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, switches, and internet
  • Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and best
  • Monitor systems for security threats and
  • Implement and maintain endpoint protection, MFA, email security, and network
  • Coordinate security awareness training for
  • Respond to cybersecurity incidents and coordinate remediation
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network
  • Manage help desk requests and prioritize
  • Must exhibit STAR treatment to all customers and co-workers, Solicitation of the information on this form is authorized by 25 U.S.C. 2701 et seq. The information will be used by the Tribal gaming regulatory authorities and by the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) members and staff who have need for the information in the performance of their official duties. The information may be disclosed by the Tribe or the NIGC to appropriate Federal, Tribal, State, local or foreign law enforcement and regulatory agencies when relevant to civil, criminal or regulatory investigations or prosecutions or when pursuant to a requirement by a tribe or the NIGC in connection with the issuance, denial or revocation of a gaming license, or investigations of activities while associated with a tribe or a gaming operation.

Requirements

  • Requires bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, lifting and pulling
  • Frequently lift and move equipment weighing up to 50
  • Ability to crawl under desks, work in equipment rooms, and climb ladders when
  • Ability to work after hours during emergencies or scheduled maintenance, * Requires travel to all Lucky Star Casino Locations.
  • Basic electronic/tech knowledge.
  • Five years of progressively responsible IT
  • Three years of experience administering enterprise networks and
  • Must possess a valid Oklahoma state-issued driver’s license.
  • Must have own, reliable transportation.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.
  • Must maintain valid Cheyenne- Arapaho Gaming License.
  • Supervisory or project management experience

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication, Are you 18 years of age or older?(Required), THEFT/FRAUD within two (2) years AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION DOMESTIC ABUSE/ASSAULT AND BATTERY within two (2) years AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION (Unless applicant can provide proof that he/she has attended a treatment program) DRUG/ALCOHOL RELATED OFFENSES within two (2) years AUTOMATIC DISQUALIFICATION (Unless applicant can provide proof that he/she has attended a treatment program), High School Year Graduated, Two forms of I.D (including one picture I.D.) is required to complete this application. Acceptable forms of I.D. include a valid Driver’s License, Certified Degree of Indian Blood (CDIB), State I.D., Voter Registration card, Social Security card or Birth Certificate. A tribal enrollment card or certified degree of Indian blood (CDIB) card is needed to apply to verify eligibility of Indian Preference.
