Live Sales Host & eCommerce Specialist

• Host live-selling events on platforms such as Whatnot and eBay Live.
• Engage viewers and create an entertaining, professional buying experience.
• Manage real-time interactions with viewers through social listening, responding to comments, questions, and feedback to foster community engagement.
• Present coins, bullion, and collectibles during live shows; ship all winnings in a timely manner.
• Help grow our audience and continuously improve our live-streaming production.

eCommerce Support (eBay Account Management)

• Photograph coins, bullion, and collectibles clearly and accurately.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with exceptional attention to detail in a timely manner.
• Monitor active listings and maintain strong seller performance metrics.

Customer & Showroom Support

The right candidate will also support our front-of-house, showroom operations by:

• Greeting clients and creating a welcoming, professional experience.
• Assisting customers with buying and selling coins, bullion, jewelry and collectibles.
• Helping wherever needed to keep the business running smoothly and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Takes initiative and doesn’t wait to be told what needs to be done.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Enjoys learning, solving problems, and finding solutions.
• Is dependable, organized, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
• Communicates professionally with customers and teammates.
• Is comfortable speaking on camera.
• Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Can troubleshoot basic computer and audio/video equipment.
• Can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Has retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• Experience with live selling, eBay, photography, shipping, or collectibles is a plus.

Schedule

Our showroom is open Monday through Saturday. Candidates must be available to work within our business hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays for live-streaming events., If you have examples of live streams, online selling, social media content, or videos you’ve created, we’d love to see them.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
