  • Experience leading large-scale production support using ITIL practices;
  • Supporting AI/ML and LLM-based systems; managing reliability, observability, incident response, and operational risk; expertise across on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud environments;
  • CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Artifactory, UDeploy, Terraform);
  • Automation (Ansible), observability platforms (AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, BigPanda, Application Insights);
  • Resilient system design
  • Support for large-scale Java/.NET applications and Oracle/MSSQL databases.
