Senior Software Developer

You will own the entire software lifecycle-from architecture and design through deployment and operational support. You have at least fifteen years of hands-on experience, expert knowledge of Golang, and a track record of delivering complex enterprise software. • A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in computer engineering or computer science is required
• You need at least fifteen years of professional experience in software engineering or a related discipline
• Expert-level knowledge of Golang and its use in enterprise-scale applications is essential
• You must have extensive experience building quality APIs and integrating internal and third-party services
• Demonstrated ability to design software architecture for functionality, performance, scalability, and maintainability is required
• The role is fully on-site in Tucson, Arizona; remote or hybrid work is not available, * Prior experience providing technical leadership and mentoring other engineers is highly valued
• High proficiency in C++ and Python for engineering or scientific applications within Linux environments is desired
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) will strengthen your application
• Knowledge of JavaScript and modern web frameworks like VueJS or React is a plus
• Experience automating enterprise workflows using tools like GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is advantageous
• Understanding of Agile development processes and the ability to lead Agile teams is preferred
