Your mission

• Design, deploy, operate, and evolve reliable, secure, and resilient infrastructure platforms.
• Ensure the availability, security, updating, and performance of infrastructure environments, particularly regarding storage aspects.
• Develop and improve internal tools, automation, and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
• Promote software development practices applied to infrastructure as well as a DevOps approach within teams.
• Support internal teams and experts through advice, mentoring, and sharing best practices, while participating in on-call duties.

• Proven experience in designing and operating infrastructures, with strong expertise in storage technologies (file, block, object, SAN).
• Good command of architectural topics related to integration, security, performance, and platform resilience.
• Experience with infrastructure management tools, especially in monitoring, observability, logging, and configuration management.
• Ability to work in a team, communicate clearly, and adopt a proactive approach to incident prevention.
• Fluency in French and English, with residence in Switzerland or a valid work permit (Switzerland, permit C or permit B).
