Junior M365 Migration Consultant

• Support Microsoft 365 migrationactivities across SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive forBusiness, and Exchange Online while following established migrationprocesses and best practices.

• Assist with configuring,executing, monitoring, and validating migration jobs using approvedmigration tools, runbooks, and documentation.

• Provide end-user supportthroughout migration waves by troubleshooting access, permissions,synchronization, and post-migration issues to ensure a positive userexperience.

• Perform pre- and post-migrationvalidation activities to verify data integrity, migration accuracy, andsuccessful transition of user content.

• Document migration activities,issues, resolutions, and lessons learned while collaborating closely withsenior consultants, architects, and project teams.

• Communicate effectively withbusiness users, technical teams, and stakeholders to provide migrationupdates and support successful project delivery.

• 1-2 years of experiencesupporting Microsoft 365 environments, IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, orrelated technical support roles.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft365 technologies including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrivefor Business, and Exchange Online, with a basic understanding of cloudmigration concepts.

• Strong customer service,troubleshooting, and communication skills with the ability to support endusers in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Exposure to Microsoft 365migration tools such as ShareGate, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, orAvePoint is preferred.

• Familiarity with Power Platform(Power Apps and Power Automate) and enterprise technical support is aplus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in

Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
