Maintenance Administrator

• Maintaining shop work tickets, schedule equipment PM’s, maintaining parts inventories and equipment repair logs.
• Ordering and maintaining of all parts inventories.
• Driving company truck to pick up parts.
• Assign invoices to cost centers and maintaining records of purchases
• Participates and contributes to company safety program.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• One year experience or more in office administrations, including word processing, Excel and computer data entry required.
• Forklift certification
• High School diploma, General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent., * Previous experience in purchasing department.
