Analyst I, Business Intelligence

You support delivery of data-driven insights that improve operational performance and decision-making. You transform raw data into structured, usable information and contribute to standardized reporting and dashboards. You partner with experienced analysts to execute analytical tasks and refine business data processes. Success is measured by data quality, reporting accuracy and your ability to communicate actionable insights.

What You Will Be Doing

• Extract, cleanse and transform data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting
• Perform structured analysis to identify trends that support operational decisions
• Develop and maintain standardized reports tracking key performance indicators
• Build and update dashboards to visualize metrics for business stakeholders
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, errors and missing information
• Collaborate with senior analysts on more complex data and reporting initiatives
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Create charts and visualizations to improve data interpretation and storytelling
• Apply data governance and security best practices to protect sensitive information
• Continuously expand knowledge of tools, technologies and analytical techniques

• Foundational data analysis skills with ability to interpret datasets and identify trends
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel or comparable data querying and manipulation tools
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and quality assurance
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical audiences
• Problem-solving skills with ability to follow structured analytical approaches
• Understanding of data structures, reporting concepts and KPI development
• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, information systems, business or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python, R or other scripting languages for data analysis
• Exposure to data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data transformation techniques
• Understanding of business intelligence methodologies and frameworks
• Experience working with large or complex datasets
