Systems Administrator

We’re proactively recruiting experienced Systems Administrators / Data Integration Engineers for upcoming opportunities with organizations seeking professionals who can bridge traditional infrastructure administration with modern data integration and automation initiatives.

This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on systems administration with building integrations, reporting solutions, and automation that improve business operations. You’ll help maintain critical IT infrastructure while also developing data-driven solutions that connect enterprise applications and streamline workflows.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments
• Manage Active Directory, Azure AD/LDAP, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Maintain server infrastructure through patching, upgrades, backups, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Develop SQL queries and data models to support reporting and analytics initiatives
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and business intelligence solutions
• Build integrations between ERP systems, utility platforms, and other enterprise applications
• Create automation using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate
• Support cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability management, compliance, and system hardening
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, application, and integration issues
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

• 5+ years of Windows and Linux systems administration experience
• Strong experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Azure, and Microsoft 365 administration
• Experience managing Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Advanced SQL skills including querying, reporting, and data modeling
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports
• Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Python
• Experience with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate
• Knowledge of server maintenance, backups, disaster recovery, and performance optimization
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills

Preferred Experience

• ERP platforms (Cayenta or similar)
• GIS technologies such as ESRI or Cityworks
• Utility management systems
• Telephony or IVR platforms
