AI Solutions Engineer

The Senior AI Solutions Engineer will serve as the organization’s primary hands-on AI builder, transforming business needs and approved concepts into secure, production-ready solutions. This highly visible role will work closely with the CIO, AI Steering Committee, business leaders, subject-matter experts, and technology teams to identify opportunities, prioritize projects, and expand responsible AI adoption. The ideal candidate will combine strong AI and enterprise integration expertise with the professionalism, business judgment, and communication skills required to guide projects from discovery through deployment., * Assess existing systems, workflows, pilot programs, and business needs to identify valuable opportunities for AI and automation.

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production-ready AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and automated workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, document management platforms, business applications, and other enterprise systems through APIs, webhooks, and secure authentication.
• Partner with the CIO, AI Steering Committee, business leaders, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize projects, manage expectations, and guide solutions from initial concept through adoption.
• Establish strong documentation, testing, monitoring, access controls, and governance practices to protect confidential information and support compliance requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in enterprise AI engineering, solutions architecture, API development, software engineering, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM applications, or other AI-powered solutions into production.
• Strong experience with Microsoft AI technologies, which may include Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with Python or a comparable programming language, along with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, API-key governance, and enterprise system integrations.
• Extensive stakeholder-management experience, including working directly with executives and nontechnical business leaders to gather requirements, explain technical recommendations, manage competing priorities, and gain support for new solutions.
• Polished, collaborative, and organized professional with sound business judgment, strong documentation habits, and experience implementing secure solutions within confidential or compliance-sensitive environments. Experience supporting a law firm, legal technology provider, or professional-services organization is highly preferred, particularly involving document management systems, confidential client information, matter-level security, ethical walls, or legal workflow platforms.
