IT Systems Analyst Storage & Distribution

• Partner with business and IT teams to evaluate, improve, and optimize business processes and technology solutions.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system incidents, requests, and enhancements.
• Lead and coordinate application changes, testing, deployments, documentation, and user training.
• Support project delivery throughout the full solution lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects while ensuring quality, budget, scope, and timeline objectives are achieved.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.

• 7-10+ years of experience designing and implementing business process solutions.
• 7+ years of experience configuring SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Strong knowledge of logistics execution, warehouse operations, inventory management, and SAP best practices.
• Project management experience and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, SQL, SAP IDOCs, and ABAP is a plus.
