Cyber Program Manager

Provide management and oversight for Cyber Intelligence (CI) contract supporting U.S. Department of Energy., Safety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. • 15+ years managing large federal cybersecurity, intelligence, or IT modernization programs.
• 10+ years managing DOE, DoD, Intelligence Community, or National Laboratory contracts.
• Experience leading programs valued at $25M-$100M+ with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity operations, engineering, cloud modernization, SOC, incident response, or Zero Trust initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing staffing, recruiting, retention, subcontractors, financial performance, quality assurance, and executive customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of NIST 800-53, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and Zero Trust Architecture.
• PMP required.
• CISSP strongly preferred.
• Experience briefing SES, Laboratory Directors, or Flag Officer-level leadership.

Security Clearance Required:

• Active TS/SCI or DOE Q clearance
