Job description

  • Receive orders for IT equipment in the system
  • Pull orders from the OTP system, print orders, create FedEx labels and provide those to the technician
  • Prioritize orders accurately
  • Answer questions on submitted orders
  • Interact with the imaging technicians on what they need to process for orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience
  • Must have strong knowledge of Excel
  • General knowledge of computer models and general technical acumen
  • Ability to handle competing tasks and prioritize tasks according to importance
  • Excellent communication skills

The rate for this position is between $22.50 - $30.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher.
