Job description
We are seeking an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to lead the deployment, optimization, and ongoing strategic alignment of our Workday ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business processes and technical execution. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, transforming HR and Financial operations through seamless system architecture, configuration, and data integration., 1. Implementation & Configuration
- System Architecture: Lead the design, end-to-end configuration, and testing of Workday modules (e.g., Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Management, Payroll, or Benefits).
- Business Process Mapping: Analyze current legacy workflows and translate them into efficient, best-practice Workday business processes ($BPs$).
- Data Migration: Oversee complex data conversion activities, ensuring data integrity when extracting, transforming, and loading legacy data into Workday using iLoads or Advanced Data Loading tools.
- Integration & Reporting
- Custom Integrations: Design, build, and maintain secure inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builders ($EIBs$), and Core Connectors.
- Advanced Analytics: Create sophisticated reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and custom dashboards to provide leadership with actionable, real-time data insights.
- Strategy & Stakeholder Management
- Advisory: Lead workshops with executive sponsors and department heads to define system scope, manage expectations, and mitigate implementation risks.
- Change Management: Partner with learning and development teams to create training materials and guide end-users through the cultural and operational shift of a Workday rollout.
- Feature Release Management: Evaluate twice-yearly Workday updates, assessing the impact of new features on current configurations and managing the deployment of opted-in functionality.
Requirements
- Workday Ecosystem: Deep configuration knowledge of Workday HCM core, with secondary expertise in at least two sub-modules (e.g., Prism Analytics, Adaptive Planning, Financials, or Compensation).
- Integration Tools: Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIBs, Web Services (XML, XSLT), and Cloud Connectors.
- Workday Security: Comprehensive understanding of Workday security models, including intersection security groups, role-based, and user-based security., * Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on consulting or implementation experience within the Workday ecosystem.
- Certifications (Highly Preferred): Current or stable past Workday certifications (e.g., Workday Core HCM, Workday Studio, or Workday Financials).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Technology Doesn’t Change the World, People Do.®
