Software Engineer

Join our dynamic team as a Software Engineer, where you will focus on developing and testing software for embedded systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in both code-level and system-level testing, with an emphasis on flight code and product development. You will be part of a collaborative team, contributing to innovative projects in the UAS industry., * Conduct unit testing of flight/embedded code, primarily in C.

• Write and maintain unit tests directly tied to implementation.
• Debug code and logic at a detailed level, beyond just system behavior.
• Participate in the transition into flight code and product development.
• Work deeply within the codebase, modifying or extending existing code safely.
• Conduct black-box testing to validate inputs and outputs without accessing internal code.
• Engage in system and acceptance-style verification, understanding system behavior.
• Design and execute tests where documentation defines what to test.
• Identify gaps in test coverage and reproduce issues consistently.

• Familiarity with C# scripting, aerospace or systems exposure, and EE/ECE background.
