Overview Seeking an experienced Field Technician to provide onsite desktop, hardware, software, and network support across Colorado and Wyoming. Ideal candidates will have 5-10 years of IT support experience and strong customer service skills.

• Desktop support and troubleshooting
• Windows 10 & Windows 11
• Microsoft Office installation and support
• Hardware installation and repair
• LAN/WAN networking knowledge
• Rack and stack experience
• Cat5, Cat6, and Fiber cabling

• Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Skills

• Cisco, Aruba, VSAT, Ubiquiti
• SCCM, Intune, Citrix
• Active Directory & Group Policy
• iOS deployment and management
• UPS configuration
