Job description
The Data Quality & Customer Intelligence Specialist is responsible for maintaining the integrity, quality, and strategic value of Nexora’s customer data across Salesforce and related commercial systems. This role partners closely with Customer Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure customer data is accurate, complete, and actionable for reporting, marketing, sales execution, AI initiatives, and customer intelligence.
Key responsibilities include data governance, account and contact stewardship, duplicate management, territory and ownership validation, customer segmentation, CRM data enrichment, campaign readiness, and ongoing data quality monitoring. The role also supports cross-sell analysis, account health initiatives, reporting accuracy, and the organization’s AI and analytics strategy by ensuring the underlying customer data is trusted and well-governed.
Success in this role will improve sales productivity, marketing effectiveness, reporting accuracy, customer intelligence, and adoption of advanced Salesforce capabilities, including Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and Customer 360., * Maintain accurate account, contact, hierarchy, and ownership data.
- Identify, merge, and prevent duplicate accounts and contacts.
- Support Customer Marketing through audience development, segmentation, and campaign readiness.
- Monitor CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and data integrity metrics.
- Partner with Sales Operations and CER team to improve data processes and system integrations.
- Prepare customer data for AI, advanced analytics, Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, and Customer 360 initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Sales and/or sales administrative experience preferred
- Experience in the AV industry a major plus, but not required
- Proven track record of being customer-centric and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and exceed customer expectations and responsiveness
- Sound analysis and critical decision making skills
