  • Capture, track, and analyze monthly data metrics for the entire vendor network.
  • Brainstorm the most efficient and accurate methods of capturing performance metrics
  • Spot the trends: Identify and escalate performance concerns - closely observe vendors who are struggling to meet SLAs and collaborate with management to implement improvement plans.
  • Collaborate: Contribute to process improvements by recommending data-driven insights to enhance vendor operations and customer outcomes.
  • Share vendor feedback and any actionable insights with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Data Analytics, vendor management support, or operations support (SaaS or automotive industry experience a plus)
  • Detail-oriented: consistent accuracy, organization, and verification of the data.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in all Microsoft products, especially Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and tone.
  • A proactive mindset with a drive for improving processes and fostering relationships.

Benefits & conditions

  • You’ll be part of a company that’s redefining the industry.
  • Your work will have a direct impact - you’ll see the results of your insights in real time.
  • A people-first culture that values initiative, creativity, and growth.
  • The chance to shape vendor relationships that directly influence our national footprint.
  • Supportive, high-energy team environment.
  • Competitive pay and benefits.
  • Work with a passionate team redefining the future of automotive title and registration services.
