Client is seeking a strategic, hands-on Data Management Manager to lead a high-performing team of 40 50 data professionals responsible for enterprise data platforms, governance, modernisation, and operational excellence. • Experience leading Data Lake and enterprise data modernization initiatives is highly preferred, * 8+ years of Data Management, Data Engineering, or Data Operations experience
• 5+ years leading large technical teams (20+ professionals, preferably 40+)
• Strong people leadership and organizational management skills
• Enterprise Data Platform experience (SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata)
• Data Lake and Lakehouse Architecture experience
• Enterprise Data Modernization and Migration experience
• ETL/ELT design and implementation experience
• Data Modeling and Distributed Data Systems expertise
