We are seeking an experienced SAP Systems Analyst to join our internal team within the manufacturing/industrial automation industry. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Finance Accounting (FI) and Controlling-Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), along with a strong background supporting manufacturing environments. This role will analyze, design, and implement SAP FI & CO-PA solutions on the S/4HANA platform to optimize production operations and support broader business objectives. Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support \n

Strong understanding of financial and management accounting in sales-and-distribution, service, and manufacturing environments \n

Proven experience working with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions \n

High proficiency in SAP FI & CO-PA configuration and customization within S/4HANA \n
-
Experience integrating SAP FI & CO-PA with other modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS) \n
-
Experience with Internal Orders and Product Cost Controlling \n

Experience with Fixed Assets Accounting \n
-
Banking data interface experience, including outgoing payments, lockbox, and bank statements \n
-
Experience with employee expense report and payroll data interfaces \n
-
Track record of successfully completed full life cycle implementations, migrations, and upgrades \n

Demonstrated experience with system support, enhancements, and optimizations \n

Light ABAP skills for analyzing and troubleshooting issues \n

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills \n

Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n

Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team \n

Must be a U.S. or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available; H-1B candidates will not be considered) \n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities\n

Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FI & CO-PA solutions \n

Configure and customize the SAP FI & CO-PA module in S/4HANA to meet evolving business needs \n

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, PS) \n

Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP FI & CO-PA related issues \n

Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users \n

Develop and maintain documentation for SAP FI & CO-PA processes and configurations \n

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency \n

Support the integration of additional business locations onto the SAP platform, including periodic travel to Maysville, KY and Mason, OH \n
