Routing Coordinator - St. Petersburg

The Routing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily logistics operations across multiple districts. This position is responsible for building and adjusting driver routes, supporting same-day operational needs, and helping ensure services are completed efficiently and on time.

This role works closely with Drivers, Dispatch, Scheduling, Customer Service, and District Managers in a fast-paced team environment., * Build and optimize daily driver routes using ServiceCore

• Support same-day requests and operational changes as they arise
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Scheduling, Customer Service, and District Managers throughout the day
• Communicate route details and updates to drivers
• Help balance workloads and improve route efficiency
• Monitor route execution and assist with operational problem solving
• Maintain accurate routing notes and communication records
• Support overall operational efficiency and customer service goals
