This role serves as a bridge between technical teams and business audiences, helping communicate the value and impact of data-driven initiatives in a clear, engaging, and visually appealing format., * Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and short-form videos (approximately 2 minutes) that highlight insights, project outcomes, and business value.

• Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, digestible content for non-technical audiences.
• Conduct interviews with data scientists, project leaders, and internal clients to gather information and success stories related to analytics initiatives.
• Create engaging narratives that demonstrate how data science projects support business objectives and improve customer experiences.
• Design presentation graphics and visual elements that enhance storytelling and audience engagement.

• 2-4 years of experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and short-form video content.
• 2-4 years of experience conducting interviews and gathering information from stakeholders.
• Strong ability to translate technical or complex topics into clear, audience-friendly communications.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Experience working collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams., * 2+ years of experience creating graphics and visual assets for presentations.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, business intelligence, or technology-focused teams.
• Experience communicating customer-related insights, business metrics, or operational data.
• Utility industry experience is a plus.
