Associate Systems Engineer - Microsoft Endpoint and Microsoft 365

GTS Technology Solutions is seeking an Associate Systems Engineer to support endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, device deployment, patching, and customer-facing technical support.

This is an early-career role for someone with hands-on IT experience who wants to grow into Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint administration.

Responsibilities

• Support endpoint management through Microsoft Intune and SCCM.
• Assist with Windows Autopilot and SCCM imaging/provisioning workflows.
• Help manage software deployments, patching, device health, and compliance reporting.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration, including users, groups, licenses, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID workflows.
• Troubleshoot common endpoint, deployment, enrollment, and configuration issues.
• Maintain detailed ticket updates, escalation notes, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams during deployments and support requests.

Background Check: Must pass a Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) background check upon hire, * Minimum 1 year of hands-on IT support, endpoint support, systems support, or IT operations experience preferred.

• Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or Windows workstation support preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass required background and CGIS/CJIS-related screening.
• Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Endpoint Administrator MD-102 within the required timeframe.

• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
• Ability to drive long distances unaccompanied if onsite customer support is required., * How many years of hands-on IT support, endpoint support, systems support, or IT operations experience do you have?
