Job description

  • Provide exceptional customer service while assisting users with technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems on various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Manage computer hardware installations and configurations, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist with desktop support tasks, including setup and maintenance of mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Support network administration tasks such as managing LAN connections, VPN configurations, and firewall settings.
  • Utilize tools for tracking support tickets.
  • Conduct analysis of system performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
