Job description
We’re seeking a customer-focused Level I Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support for our customers and employees. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, phones, and other technology-related issues for both onsite and remote users.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, printers, phones, and network connectivity issues

Troubleshoot Windows and macOS computers, Microsoft 365, smartphones, and common business applications

Diagnose and resolve issues involving routers, switches, wireless networks, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
-
Install and configure user workstations, devices, and software
-
Create, document, and update support tickets within the IT ticketing and CRM system
-
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support when necessary
-
Deliver outstanding customer service while clearly communicating technical information to non-technical users
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED
-
1+ year of IT Help Desk or Technical Support experience

Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365
-
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Qualifications
- Forklift Certification (not required)
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work in confined spaces when necessary

Ability to distinguish colors for networking and wiring tasks
